1. Languages ​​Used:

2. Service

2.1.SELİSUN TRAVEL (a1viptransfer.com) is a service intermediary between the seller and the buyer, and is an intermediary between the parties that purchase and provide services to individual and group customers.

2.2. With this sales contract, the buyer who purchases the service is in the position of the service provider and the service provider is the seller and is deemed to have accepted the responsibilities.

2.3. This sales contract is the contract between the buyer (the user who purchases the service online) and the buyer (the company that actually provides the service) and is deemed to be accepted by the parties. SELİSUN TURİZM does not accept any responsibility for service disputes arising from this.

2.4. The buyer declares that he has read the basic characteristics of the service subject to the contract, the sales price and the payment method and all the preliminary information about the service and has given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.

2.5. SELİSUN TURİZM does not accept responsibility for compelling reasons, weather and natural oppositions that prevent transportation, delays, accidents, injuries, illnesses, hospital expenses, additional service and transportation expenses that may occur due to this reason, material and moral losses during service.

2.6. If the Seller cannot provide the service due to force majeure, the BUYER may use one of the rights to cancel the order regardless of the general cancellation rules or to postpone the service subject to the contract until the blocking situation disappears. In case the BUYER cancels the order in accordance with the specified conditions, the amount paid is paid in advance to the account from which the payment was made within 10 days.

2.7. SELİSUN TURİZM may subcontract the service in order to provide this service. Under the specified conditions, it can be done by another company or by third parties, institutions or organizations from which it receives services on a contractual basis.

3. Service procurement process:

3.1. Tulpar Travel sells transportation and transfer services of service providers

3.2. In the event that the relevant banks or financial institutions do not pay the product price to SELİSUN TURİZM due to the unfair or unlawful use of the credit profit of the BUYER by unauthorized persons, not due to the fault of the BUYER, after the service is provided with this contract, provided that the service has been delivered, the BUYER Tulpar He agrees in advance to make a new payment to his Travel account within three (3) business days.

3.3. The transfer voucher belonging to SELİSUN TURİZM should be shown to the service provider during the service purchase and the information for the return transfer should be checked, any mistakes should be corrected, this responsibility belongs entirely to the Buyer.

3.4. All responsibility for determining the return time and determining the meeting place is the Buyer's sole responsibility.

3.5. We advise all our customers to read this agreement carefully.

4. Responsibility at the time of payment:

4.1 SELİSUN TURİZM provides the infrastructure for maximum secure shopping with the required SSL security certificates in credit card payments. However, in unlawful transactions such as card theft, extra money withdrawals, virus and pop-up payment methods, which may occur in credit card payments, does not accept responsibility.

5. Cancellation – Changes:

5.1. All changes and cancellations must be notified to the SELİSUN TURİZM (info@a1viptransfer.com) office via e-mail. For cancellations notified up to 24 hours before the transfer service, the entire transfer fee is paid to the Buyer. For cancellations notified up to 12 hours before the transfer service, 50% of the transfer fee is refunded. For cancellations with less than 12 hours remaining to the transfer service, no refund will be made from the determined service fee. Please contact our customer service for all changes and cancellations.

5.2. All changes are made on a1viptransfer.com site through my account, reservations, or should be notified to info@a1viptransfer.com via e-mail, the changes cover up to 12 hours before the specified service date, and the time change made up to 12 hours before and the meeting place change within the region will require an extra fee. no fee is charged.

6. Responsibilities:

6.1. Since SELİSUN TURİZM sells its service provider's product, SELİSUN TURİZM does not accept any responsibility for product defects and is not an interlocutor.

6.2. SELİSUN TURİZM does not accept responsibility for lost property, extra fee payments, delay, accident, injury, missed flight due to force majeure, late meeting at the pick-up time, extra hospital expenses, accommodation expenses, extra transportation expenses, in this regard, the buyer and the service provider and the service provider. Parties are responsible for insurance. Likewise, SELİSUN TURİZM employees, managers, representatives are not directly responsible in such cases.

6.3. The buyer is obliged to fill in the transfer and service information in the necessary places on the website and are obliged to fill in all these specified meeting time, meeting place, pick-up time (at least 1.5 hours for domestic flights, at least 2.5 hours for international flights. ). The Buyer is responsible for delays and disputes arising from issues such as transfer and service time, place of purchase, and cannot claim extra fees, material and moral losses for these situations, all this information is filled in by the Buyer and followed up by the Buyer who receives the service.

6.4. Service providers care about being present at the meeting time and place, but this is never guaranteed, any extra expenses, payments, extra service and transportation expenses will not be accepted.

6.5. The waiting time at the airport for the specified service is maximum 60 minutes on domestic lines. It is limited to a maximum of 90 minutes on international lines. There is a maximum waiting period of 30 minutes from the date and time determined for return or pick-up from the hotel-address, from this moment the buyer can not claim any rights, no refunds will be made.

6.6. It is the responsibility of the buyer to fill in the transfer information on the website, and the responsibility for being late, not being able to get additional service, missing an airline flight due to this information is the responsibility of the buyer.

6.7. Filling in the transfer and service information is by the buyer, and the service provider is not responsible for the hotel and address not being found or being late for this reason. Extra transportation and service expenses that may occur due to this reason are also the responsibility of the Buyer.

6.8. The service provider provides services in the specified vehicle category, but this is never guaranteed, so the service provider reserves the right to change the vehicle type and category.

6.9. For customers arriving at the service meeting point by air; It is the service provider's responsibility to monitor the airline's delays, but this is limited to 4 hours. In case of delays of more than 4 hours, contact should be made with SELİSUN TURİZM. Extra charges may apply for waiting times longer than 4 hours. If the buyer is not accepted, the service is not provided.

6.10. The meeting and waiting time with the Buyer at the time and place of the return and meeting (hotel-address-home) is limited to 30 minutes. The buyer who does not come during this period loses his right to service and no refund will be made, in such cases the customer service cannot reach you (mobile phone). Buyer is responsible for

7. Change of content in the contract and on the website

7.1. SELİSUN TURİZM reserves the right to make changes in all articles of this contract, prices and information on the site, and can make these changes at any time, users are deemed to have accepted these changes without extra notice.

7.2. As a result of breach of contract, tort, negligence or other reasons, SELİSUN TURİZM; does not accept any responsibility for interruption of the transaction, error, negligence, interruption, deletion, loss, delay of the transaction or communication, computer virus, communication error, theft, destruction or unauthorized entry, change or use of the records.

7.3.
